Rima Prama Artha, Ph.D has over twenty years of experience as an economist and researcher. She earned a Master degree from Australian Nasional University and a Ph.D in Development Economics from GRIPS, Japan. Before joining the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Islam International Indonesia as a lecturer, she served as the Country Economist at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Indonesia. Prior to her role at UNDP, she taught at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Indonesia and worked as a researcher focusing on policy reform agendas with renowned organizations such as the SMERU Research Institute, World Bank Jakarta Office, TNP2K, ADB, INOVASI, and PROSPERA. She has extensive expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and has participated in several Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) in the education sector.
