Business & Economics Research Institute (BERI)

BERI at UIII serves as a research hub focusing on development economics, sustainability, labor, and international economics. Through partnerships with institutions like UNDP and ERIA, BERI advances evidence-based research and policy solutions to promote inclusive growth, environmental sustainability, and social equity while driving innovation and impactful development initiatives.

AEIPA Lab

AIEPA Lab is an interdisciplinary research laboratory under the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UIII, integrating applied statistics, data science and machine learning, and social-science inquiry to generate evidence-based insights. The lab focuses on sustainable and inclusive development challenges across Indonesia and the Global South. Operating through three core pillars research & data, training, and policy services. 

UIII Sustainability Center (USC)

UIII Sustainability Center (USC) is a professional development and research hub under FEB UIII. It supports organizations in integrating sustainability into operations, strategy, and long-term goals. Focusing on environmental, social, and governance principles with Islamic economic insights, USC delivers training, consulting, and research to drive sustainable transformation and address global ESG challenges effectively.

Komitmen

KOMITMEN is a collaborative initiative by the Faculty of Economics and Business and Faculty of Social Sciences at UIII, supported by ViriyaENB. It aims to strengthen Indonesia’s economic policy framework by promoting resilient, low-carbon, and inclusive development, contributing to sustainable growth and equitable outcomes through research, collaboration, and policy-oriented programs.

Muslim Business and Economics Review (MBER)

The Muslim Business and Economics Review (MBER) is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by UIII Press and managed by FEB UIII. It connects theory and practice by highlighting applied research in Islamic economics, covering finance, development, governance, and sustainability issues in Muslim societies, with a strong emphasis on empirical and case-based studies.
